1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions of access to and use of the TELTOGO website (hereinafter the “Site”), published by PB ELECTRONICS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), SIREN 999 272 388, SIRET 999 272 388 00011, intra-Community VAT number FR69999272388, registered with the RNE.

The Site is intended exclusively for professionals (resellers, distributors, repairers) sourcing genuine iPhones. Any use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge, excluding internet connection costs borne by the user. Certain features (client area, stock browsing, ordering) require a trade account previously approved by our teams.

PB ELECTRONICS strives to ensure the Site is available 24/7 but cannot be held liable for any interruption due to maintenance, updates, force majeure or network failures.

3. Trade account

• Registration is reserved for duly registered legal entities.
• The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (company name, SIRET, intra-Community VAT number, contact details).
• The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.
• PB ELECTRONICS reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any account in the event of inaccurate information, breach of these Terms or fraudulent use.

4. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

• use the Site in accordance with its professional purpose;
• not undermine the integrity, security or proper functioning of the Site;
• not extract, copy, resell or reuse all or part of the content (catalogue, prices, photos) for purposes other than the business relationship with PB ELECTRONICS;
• not circumvent security, authentication or access restriction measures;
• comply with applicable law, particularly regarding competition, intellectual property and consumer protection.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (trademarks, logos, text, photographs, layout, source code, database) are protected under intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of PB ELECTRONICS or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.

The “iPhone” and “Apple” trademarks are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. TELTOGO / PB ELECTRONICS is neither affiliated with nor an official partner of Apple Inc.

6. Orders & business relations

The Site showcases the catalogue and facilitates business contact. Orders, prices, delivery terms, warranties and payment are governed by the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms of Sale), provided separately upon trade account approval or on request.

8. Liability

Information published on the Site is provided for guidance only. PB ELECTRONICS makes every effort to ensure its accuracy but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or the temporary unavailability of a product.

PB ELECTRONICS cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of business, loss of opportunity, commercial harm) suffered by the user as a result of using or being unable to use the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. PB ELECTRONICS has no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content or the practices of their publishers.

PB ELECTRONICS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the Site, legislation or case law. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the Site is used.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of PB ELECTRONICS' registered office.
