3. Retention periods
- Account data: for as long as the account is active, then 3 years from the last business contact.
- Accounting documents & invoices: 10 years (legal obligation under French Commercial Code).

- Support & correspondence: 3 years after the request is closed.
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
4. Recipients & processors
Your data is never sold or rented. It may be shared with our technical processors, strictly for the performance of the service: managed hosting (Cloudflare edge), transactional emails, carriers, accounting service provider. All are bound by a data processing agreement compliant with Art. 28 of the GDPR.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Our infrastructure is hosted within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
